  • What are the procedures for account opening and what documents are required?

    Clients should bring the following documents in person to our office to proceed with the opening of the account.
    For Individual/ Joint Account:

    • Primary (and Joint) Client’s Identity Card or Passport
    • Bank statement or utility bill with the name of the Client printed thereon within the last 3 months as the proof of residential address
    • Bank card or bank statement with the name of the Client and the bank account number printed thereon as the proof of bank account number
  • How to login my Electronic Trading Service Account?

    You can go to www.kksg.com.hk and login your account by entering your login ID and Login password.

  • How to reset my Electronic Trading Service Account password?

    If clients would like to reset the Electronic Trading Service Account password, please sign and return by email the copy of “Account Particulars Amendment Form” - select “Reset Password” and indicate the registered email address.

  • How to change the way of Two-Factor Authentication to be sent?

    If clients would like to change the way to get the notification either by email or SMS, please sign and return copy of “Account Particulars Amendment Form” - select “Others amendment” and indicate “to confirm using registered email address for registration of two-factor authentication” or “to confirm using SMS for registration of two-factor authentication” in the “New details” column by email.

  • How the funds deposit to be processed?



    Funds deposit to Kingkey Securities Group Limited can be processed by bank transfer, cheque deposit, or remittance Services. After a successful fund transfer, clients have to submit the deposit slip/voucher to our email at settlement@kkgroup.com.hk from a registered email address; or send the deposit slip/voucher by fax to (852) 3423 0099. Deposit slip/voucher required as follows;


    • Bank transfer - online banking confirmation or ATM/ bank counter paid-in-slip

    • Cheque deposit - cheque copy and paid-in-slip

    • Remittance Services - (please remark your Kingkey’s account number in the receipt)


    Client’s full name, bank account number transferred, and the transfer amount must be shown. Trading account number should also be indicated.





  • Can I submit the physical cheque in person for funds deposit?

    Clients can submit the physical cheque in person to our office for funds deposit. The physical cheque submitted before 12:00 noon of a trading day will be processed within the same day. The orders submitted after 12:00 noon will be processed on the next trading day.

  • Can the funds deposit be processed by cash?

    We will not accept funds deposit by cash.

  • When will the funds deposit instructions be processed?

    The funds deposit instruction with sufficient information provided submitted before 4:00 pm of a trading day will be processed within the same day. The orders submitted after 4:00 pm will be processed on the next trading day.

  • When is the monthly statement be updated after trading?

    The monthly statement is updated on the trading day or on the next trading day.

  • When can I withdraw the money from selling stocks?

    The money from selling stock(s) will be credited to client’s account and available for withdrawal after two working days (T+2) from the trading day.

  • When will the funds withdrawal instructions be processed?

    The funds withdrawal instruction submitted before 12:00 noon of a trading day will be processed within the same day. The orders submitted after 12:00 noon will be processed on the next trading day.

  • Can the funds withdrawn be deposited to any third party’s bank account?

    We will not accept third party cheque and will not issue cheque payable to third party.
